Four more years of Obama.. what does this mean for America? 25% unemployment rate.. 5 Trillion deficit single handedly. 46 Million people on food stamps. All this must of appealed to people because they figured, hey why not another four years.. How about Obama Care.. in 2014. Know that he has been re-elected.. Obama care is really going to screw with people. I dont care about upper class, middle class, lower class. EVERYONE will take a hit on that..

My favorite thing about obama care.. even if your a single man, you still have to pay extra for maternity care in your policy. Or how about you dont have any children? well too bad your still going to pay for newborn care and pediatric treatments in your policy..

Some states are opting out of Obamacare. If we make it to 2016 without any major economic events happening, I will be amazed. I had an interesting thought earlier. Why not divide the country in half, democrats in one half, republicans in the other. Each side has its own form of government. We could actually let the democrats pay for their own welfare programs and then watch how fast it all crumbles.

the Fed will only allow Obama to get away with so much before they but the brakes on it. by the Fed I mean the Federal reserve they hold most of that 16 trillion

Unlimited QE, they are both wrecking the economy. The president could've reigned in Bernake, but it hasn't happened yet.

Then surely you must realise you're paying for roads you've never even heard off, you're paying for parks you've never visited, you're paying for police departments you have no direct business with, you're paying for fire fighters when it's a possibility you never have to go through a fire, you're paying for libraries even though you may never have read a book in your life.

You are not alone in the world. Everyone has to chip in for a country to work.

Food stamps and welfare are for able-bodied people who are just too lazy to work, so they have a kid every 5 (or whatever the quota is in years) to claim to the government and beat the system. I have seen it with my own eyes, everyday at the grocery store (I shop at the store every day). And I look over the lady's shoulder in front of me, with her 5 freakin kids, and her total is, I kid you not, $213.53. She pulls out this card to swipe in the machine, the cashier's monitor reads "food stamp" and her new total is $12.90! Shameless minorities, in Texas, are what I have the biggest problems with, since we are all paying for the giant grocery tab.

Wouldn't surprise me. Would be nice to not have to pay for everyone else's irresponsibility for a change.

Ok does anybody know how economy works and how base needs work and how base needs change based on money?

Everybody needs to invest in everybody. What is happening now is the complete lack of investing in other people. When companies keep jobs in America.. they are investing in America. Banks don't lend, Businesses aren't creating jobs in America, So the people can't do a thing. When you have no choice over your own healthcare. No chance to get it, or only able to get it. I'm going to take healthcare every time.

Have you even read the bill personally? Word for word line for line? I have most of these articles are nothing but hogwash and bull****.  You know why everybody should pay for this. There is a loan option for it so more people can afford to become doctors and nurses aka creating jobs and providing more service for something we all need.

Find the whole bill it's only around 2.2mb and read it.

The only ones who should be crying about this is insurance companies because they are the only who are getting screwed and you know why I don't care.... because they deserve it.

Yea, it really is sickening, no joke. I remember when I had a job that paid next to nothing, and I barely could afford any food, and if I wanted to get some of that gov't cheese, they would have told me "get outta here, white boy!" I guarantee it.

Food stamps are for "families with children". Many who work still qualify. Your ethnicity has nothing to do with it. You should have applied when you were not making enough (if you have children). Assuming they would deny you based on ethnicity only means you are confusing affirmative action programs with social services, they are not the same thing.

Regarding the relevant aspect of your post, I have no argument with your policy, it is yours after all and unlike the other policies you were previously discussing, you actually know this policy. So there is no need to correct you this time. Although your personal policy has nothing to do with the topic so it does seem irrelevant as well.

Also, off topic, calling someone a transvestite is not an insult. As per your other comments I will submit that fashion, being attractive, and aesthetics overall are important to me. If you ever need any help with any of those, judging by your avatar I would recommend it, just PM me with your concerns and I will try my best.

This is what I hate about welfare and our current system. If you end up failing for no problem then pure bs luck(Sickness,injury,storm,accident) You cannot get yourself out without an investment from somebody else with our current system. I came from a poor household and I worked myself up out of it I got sick. Since my parents were basically barely hanging on themselves I couldn't get help from them. Since I didn't go out and have kids. I couldn't get help from the Government(Sorry 17 bucks in food stamps isn't help it is in insult). I couldn't get a loan from a bank(because I was a risk). I couldn't get a job because there wasn't anyway. (Seriously applied everywhere and most of the time low earning jobs I was too qualified for and jobs for my experience weren't hiring). I tried to do things the right way with the system but couldn't. Apparently you need investors to do anything if you can't get them your boned. You will have to go outside the system to get ahead. They could of given me 10,000 dollars worth of food stamps and I wouldn't of been able to do anything with it besides eat. (Well I could of gotten out with 10k foodstamps but I'd have to pull something illegal which is again my point)

Do the math for a low-paying job then take out a thing like transportation. Like a tire goes flat. Look at what happens if you can't get it fixed, you can't get to work, you can't get paid, you can't get the money to get the tired fixed. Unless ask somebody else for a ride and they accept(Investing in other people your boned). That's not including money for things that you need nor bank charges.

Sure you could say get a student loan and get a better education, but if you lack something like transportation your gonna get boned. Now not only can you not get a better education, your also slapped with a huge loan you need to pay back.

To improve welfare we need to add to it. We need what we have for welfare for the people who truly can't work and have some of a investment to people who had crap luck program. Where we can pay it back as we get on our feet. So the people who want to work can go and make some sort of business for themselves. What we have now is a program that promotes exploiting it in some way. The people that exploit the system cheat everybody else out of help but they need to exploit the system to survive because it doesn't give them what they need to stand on their own two feet. It's a sick cycle.

I got out by breaking the law and making money(Thank you double jeopardy and statute of limitations) and using that money to invest in myself first. People shouldn't risk prison or a fine to get ahead. Money in and itself isn't worth a damn thing alone yet without it you can't get ahead. It's a sick cycle somebody has to invest in somebody first.

Being poor wouldn't be a problem if it was a choice and not something that you are locked in to because of where and who you are born to.
This you pay me first and I'll pay you later doesn't work anymore. Somebody needs to invest in somebody else in this country. Not outsourcing it. The system only works with it flows and that takes risk. Government needs to be run like a business but nobody wants to let it happen, and it needs to be run by us, by all of us.
