The world of model trains has suddenly become a whole lot tastier.

This amazing creation - which stretches for an incredible 34 metres - has just broken the world record for the longest structure to be made entirely out of chocolate.

Constructed using 1,285 kg of the finest Belgian chocolate and packing an impressive 6.5million calories, the intricately detailed model was created by master chocolatier Andrew Farrugia from Malta.

I love art from confectionery always remind me of a story my father told me, He used to be a chef down south and the kitchen he worked in was commissioned to create a Train cake with 1 carriage The head designer/creator was so proud of his work he was almost crying when they took it away to the party. When it came back the cake was utterly demolished (been eaten ^^) He burst into tears...to which my father the sensitive guy he is just tapped him on the back and said bit of a train wreck that aint it.

My two favorite things all package into one...art and chocolate. The best of both worlds!

Mmmmmm, his work is ultimately chocolicious.
