Hurricane Sandy has uncovered a shipwreck off Fire Island ,of long island NY.

The ships ID is tentative . It won't be removed ,and will likely be swallowed back up by the sea eventually ,so time is of the essence to identify it .
It is thought to be the Canadian schooner ,the Bessie White,but its not definitive ..

Would be nice if they could find out for sure what ship that is.  Wonder if there are any treasures on board.
