I tried them last night and could not fall to sleep with them on ... So what if I had a 2-3 hour science and then the beats come on? Would they wake me up or not even do anything? Has anyone tried this? (This is for astral projection.)

I usually don't use any kind of sound for astral projection.

The tones never did anything for me.... However shamanic drumming did.... So will a fan? ;)

Switch to drumming for a while.  It's The way it was originally done anyway.

"I wish neither to possess, Nor to be possessed. I no longer covet paradise, more important, I no longer fear hell. The medicine for my suffering I had within me from the very beginning, but I did not take it. My ailment came from within myself, But I did not observe it until this moment. Now I see that I will never find the light.  Unless, like the candle, I am my own fuel, Consuming myself. "

Its useless as you now know to just use it like that..bineural beats is actually synchronizing the brain frequency..and you know how sync works right?the only diffrence is that they use beats(sudden changes) instead of direct frequency hits since its found impossible to trick brain like that..When you are awake, the brain freq will be higher. And looking at the apps that worked,i found that they use high freq first then lower it constantly and slowly until its almost 2-3hz where the brain sleeps..so try popular softwares for that and a good earphone:) And it worked for me..by the way..

Am going to try 7hz today..

Am listening to it as I type with the headphones on and the sounds/sensations of my fingers hitting the key's is something surreal!!!

Ok, so I had a headache before I started listening, and now it's gone.. That's weirdness number 1.
weirdness number 2 is a general hightening in consiousness/self..

As for how to use the beats, I think it is more than just listening..
If meditation is anything to go by, you need to just let go and just become it or sink into it.. or perhaps allow it to sink into you.
breathing seems to accentuate everything too..

I tried a 936hz Pineal Gland Activation Om Binurial Beat instead of meditation last night...
I got about 3-4 hypnagogic images, faces, places, nothing special..
They were very fleeting, more-so than seeing visions from a medative state..
Also, and I can't put my finger on it..... but the experiences weren't right, they were forced, sort of thrown into consiousness instead of guided or gifted... I guess an analogy is it's like eating a shop brought cake as opposed to one you baked yourself, the shop one might taste alright, but you apreciate your own more..

Anyway, another side effect was no dream recal, nothing... which sucked... great sleep though...

I wouldn't recommend 936hz :td:
