What I find sad about our society is the very concept that all men want only sex and that women are all looking for the same thing just in a different way. It makes the concept of platonic friendships rather difficult, doesn't it?

A man and woman meet and become friends, the only thing they are interested in is being able to meet with one another for coffee or lunch but society thinks that because it is people of opposing genders that there just MUST be something else other than two friends who like each others company.
I am sure people can look at one another without thinking about sex or related matters.
