Hey, everyone, I have to apologize here.  I just reread my last post.  I phrased myself so very poorly. I didn't mean in anyway because I have come to this conclusion, it's decided.

No need to apologize! I certainly didn't have that impression about your post!

I'm beginning to see your darn suicide possibility which I was so juxtaposed to when we began.  There, it's out now.... :-* ...LOL

Ha-ha! That song comes to mind..."She's got it...Yeah, Baby, she's got it!" Well, you're definitely getting somewhere, right?!
Certainly, you've sorted a lot out and circumstances are becoming more clear, and so naturally, it's making more sense.
I think one of the biggest hurdles is to separate fact from fiction because there's a lot of inaccurate info. out there re: Zahau's case which (of course) only complicates the already unusual circumstances of her death.

Hi all!

I read this whole thread but I may have missed if someone posted about the accessing of her computer before and after she died.

(link: http://news.yahoo.co...-172600607.html)

"Someone accessed Rebecca Zahau's computer from SW Airlines before she died. Someone also accessed her computer after she died."

I know this isn't "new" but I wanted to get everyone's input on it...what does it mean that someone from SW Airlines accessed her computer?
There was a lot of airport related activity during those days in mid-July so it may mean nothing but I wanted to see if anyone could straighten it out and determine if it had any significance.

Hi, Peter :st

I never saw that article stating that her computer was accessed from SW Airlines.  Very interesting indeed !

I did follow this in the news from the time she was first found.  What I remembered and Antilles did confirm that he remembered too, when the police first announced the bedroom computer was used the night Rebecca died to access pornography sites, it was made to sound very much as if Rebecca had undesirable tastes in sexual activities.  She was definitely "blamed."  However, there is an extremely odd coincidence that the morning Jonah's brother found her body, he gave a quick run down of his activities the night before to the police.  The police had to admit they were a little taken back that one of the activities he relayed to them with no hesitation was that he went to the guest house that evening after returning from dinner and took the opportunity to view pornography, I believe he said he had used his cell phone to accomplish that endeavor.

That has always seemed to me to be one thing that needs to be investigated further !  That was the only time they found pornography accessed on that computer and it was done about an hour to an hour and a half before her time of death.   Since this brother had just flown in the day before, I wonder if he flew in on SW ???

The consensus seems to be that no one in LE wants to investigate anything further in this case but I agree that this seems like an important coincidence. The pornography thing reminds me of the Michael Skakel admission in the Martha Moxley case. (link: http://marthamoxley....ws/061302ad.htm) It's such an eerie coincidence that the "m********ion defense" seems to be used in both of these cases. What do you think of that?

Also, it seems like it wouldn't be that difficult to find out if Adam had flown SW.

Additionally, I really didn't want to listen to the youtube 911 call because that stuff always disturbs me but I broke down and I did listen to it and I find the heavy breathing very suspicious. I realize we are dealing completely with anecdotal/hypothetical "evidence" here but I had to call 911 when MY OWN MOTHER WAS HAVING A SEIZURE and I was not panting and out of breath and absent-minded. I'm saying it was either extreme panic or an act.
I know this has already been addressed in the thread but he refers to her as a "girl" and does not comply with the 911 operator's request for an address and instead searches the main house for a knife to cut her down. Weird.

That is exactly right.  His reference to the "girl."  They always say some killers will try to work their way around using a name. They don't want to admit its a real person.

What bothered me so much later, when I read much later that Jonah's brother was so into pornography, was the way the initial information was directed at casting a negative opinion of Rebecca's character.

The brother's departure from the scene was also interesting.  Supposedly, he flies in immediately to be with his brother in his time of need.  Then Rebecca dies and they have to pull the plug on the kid a day or so later and he's out of there as fast as he came.  Why?  Why wouldn't he stay with his brother for the son's funeral ?

He flies in. He has dinner with Jonah and Rebecca. He and Rebecca go back to the mansion. He watches porn. Her boyfriend's sister-in-law texts her about Max and then peeps in the windows of the mansion. Rebecca spends a lot of time (hours?) setting up an elaborate suicide scenario (and presumably while naked paints a cryptic message on the outside of the door), binding her hands and feet, gagging herself and then hopping up and throwing herself off the metal railing. Her neck doesn't break and she asphyxiates. Nonsense. I know that there is no (known) evidence anyone else was there but it doesn't make any sense.

I think you guys are on the right track here. Some one looks up bondage on the computer. The "rope" used to hang her was red.(that's an odd coincidence) The message on the door of a guest bedroom says "she saved him can you save her". Sounds to me like the him refers to the boyfriend as the son was already said to be brain dead the day after the accident. Rebecca being found naked and hanging outdoors, this all leads up to sexual degradation in my mind. Someone wanted to humiliate this woman.

I fear this scenario. How is it so easily dismissed that this woman would not only kill herself in an unbelievably elaborate manner but also humiliate herself so publicly? This act defies psychological motivations that I am aware of -- which doesn't make it impossible but highly unlikely.

The answer is because that's what the evidence shows happened. B)

I'm not someone to take suicide so readily and I don't harbor fantasies about it. People commit suicide in the nude, but they don't do it in public, especially women. They tend to end up posed when their killer wants to belittle them. She was bound by her hands and feet also. For that and all the reasons above, I do think the brother or the ex-wife, or both, are a little more involved here than the police are saying. I find it hard to believe a naked woman would tie a red cord around a bed frame after writing herself a message on a door asking if someone can save her, then tying the rope around her neck, bind her own wrists and ankles, after looking up Asian females and bondage online, and then jump feet first off a balcony into a courtyard, cracking her skull in four places and ...what? She appears to have been strangled. This seems to be what the authorities would like us to believe happened. I'm not buying this storyline.

Regi -- So you rely on police evidence and then when new police evidence reveals something new, you believe that? In other words, you have no original thoughts that don't rely on police evidence? If you do have original thoughts and theories, please provide them.

Should have also added this all happens two days after a young boy in Rebecca's care apparently rides a skateboard down the second floor hall and goes over the stairway banister. That probably was a tragic accident, but I doubt what happened to her can be so easily explained away.
