But I think what Abbas is threatening here is to dissolve the P.A. and make Israel financially responsible for ALL the residents of the WB. HUGE burden and apt to create a third intifada overnight I expect. Apparently when Israel cut off the tax revenues after the UN announcement about statehood, Abbas got a little upset. He has gone to all the Arab nations and they can't seem to pass the hat and come up with 100 million a month for the beloved Palestinian cause. Is it just me or is that a bit unseemly? To pledge undying support for your "poor relations" yet not be willing to help them in a time of extreme need?
