Today my mood is bordering on the frivolous. This is in part due to the fact that the open fire/back boiler/radiator system is working again, and partly due to an ongoing but pathetically weak nosebleed.

What, in all the world, could I do to earn my living and still live as myself, as I knew myself to be? Temporary masks, I knew, had their place; everyone was wearing them, they were the human rage; but not masks cemented in place until the wearer could not breathe and was eventually suffocated.

Pretty anxious.

I think Kayla's choking on a chicken drumstick.
Well she was but I'm keeping a watching brief.
Tbh I think she just needs some grass to clean her pipes out.
That's so she can clearly puke out the drumstick.
My sister's biggest fear was the drumstick piercing Kayla's stomach.
However despite my alarm Kayla's just about weathered the storm.
Tbh this wouldn't have happened if I got the turkey drumsticks that my sister insisted on.

I'm jumping for joy and doing cartwheels!
A lot of things have warmed the cockles of my heart.
Jed Mcclory's consortium have finally competed their takeover of Swindon Town.
Ty can now when he gets home walk unaided up the stairs providing he has a leash.
I've also managed to be applicant number twelve for the Social Enterprise.
So I'll have my interview on March 21st and fingers crossed I'll start my job on April 1st.
There's only 22 vacancies on offer so I'm a very lucky boy.
You know what they say about good news coming in threes.

It truly has been a red letter day to savour.

Proud.

We and my sister have been on a mission of mercy.
Somebody's about to be reported to the dog warden.
I would have called her a dog owner but nobody let's their husky escape through the door.
Then buggers off in the car for three hours while the husky runs up and down the street.
When we met her outside her front door she didn't even seen concerned.
However she didn't look the type to actually mistreat a dog.
If you want my honest opinion she looked a little bit mumsy.
She's still getting shopped in as an example to others.
It's incidents like this that question the logic of children and pets being under the same roof.
But not in the way you imagine.

Interesting thread concept.

Depressed, frustrated, hopeless but cozy in bed. The former a result of personal issues.

Disconcerted.
I'm going to sound like a fairweather friend but meh...
The situation at Swindon Town is an absolute shambles.
We have a new manager in charge but the previous one is trying to sue us.
Allegedly due to breach of contract because of the Matt Ritchie situation.
It dosn't matter because the cohesion and discipline in the team have been thrown out of the window.
It's like the blind leading the blind so I hope Macdonald's first game in charge can break the monotony.
Di Canio was like a boot camp sergeant in his stay at the County Ground.
He refused his charges permission to go to the pub even for a shandy.
Tbh I honestly think Swindon Town have spent above their means.
The rest of the season is going to be a downhill slope but at least relegation has been averted..
The concept was so brilliant for this thread it achieved " sticky" status in my other forum.
