questionmark Posted January 8, 2013 #1 Share Posted January 8, 2013 Last year was the hottest on record for the contiguous United States, shattering the previous mark set in 1998 by a wide margin, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration announced Tuesday. Ashotep Posted January 8, 2013 #3 Share Posted January 8, 2013 Hottest year on record so far, 2013 has just begun. Last year was hot and dry and the year before we had constant flooding, tornadoes, hailstorms like I've never seen. Weather is getting stranger all the time. What we are going to do about it, I don't know. It will take a world effort and a effort on the part of the individual too. We need a better way to heat our homes and power our toys.
