Former madam ,Becky Adams ,wants to open a non profit brothel for ther disabled.
It would be for anyone impaired mentally,physically ,by disease,birth or trauma.

She feels its a very important part of life,usually denied to the disabled,for various reasons .
As a non profit,it could be paid for by taxpayers .
It would cater to all sexs,all preferences , including surgical transgenders and fetishes .

Well,I think its more the human comfort aspect they're going to focus on .
It's well documented that even retarded humans,have sexual urges .
They live most of their lives ,devoid of simple things like a hug .
I'm going to guess ,much of this will be non sexual .
Just human contact ,and considerations ,will be key . Not sex .
Even so,some will want sex as well .

However,what kind of ....workers ,will be needed for people like this ,is the question .
The girls working at the bunny ranch in Nevada,would do quite poorly here,is my guess .

Sometimes the Physical Imperitive, outweighs the Cognitive Imperitive... disabled people are no different in this respect.

Sex without Love is the whole point of Brothels.... what happens there, stays there... Or am I wrong??

I don't agree with this.
Without sounding rude but why should taxpayers be funding brothels for disabled people?
Why don't they just go to a normal brothel if they want to see prostitutes.
Normal brothels are not funded by taxpayers so why should this be?

I can't see why not because it makes logical sense...

Not all the mainstream brothels are going to be run by Belle Le Jour.
And besides you can't have disabled people running loose in the red light district.
They will be in as much danger as the prostitutes themselves.
You say something about wasting taxpayers money but what about these pointless wars in Iraq and Afghasitan.
If it wasn't for them there wouldn't be a black hole in the governments budget and Remploy's wouldn't have had to shut down.
I feel this brothel is a good way to improve a disabled persons self- esteem and libido.
And because  it's in a sheltered environment they don't have to have a run- in with a pimp.
It's quite possible that the girls have regular health check- ups as well.
All that remains for me to do is to find the address of the brothel.
