i open my eye on this moonlit serene sky
basking my eve in glamorous dream
drowning into the depths of extreme

my heart was on display sheltered with a lock
i thought that i've buried the key far away
yet it was invaded without even a knock
made my heart vulnerable toy to play

then there it was mercifully handled
coverd in silky veil and peacefully led

my essence was unveiled , the moon was concealed
and then her face was revealed

fills my soul on the edge of tide
uncovers all those secrets buried inside
i wanted to touch her in those distant dreams
but she kept on run and hide

so many hours have gone so many more are left undone
her love tighten it's grip on my air
killing the words i have rhythm with despair
to embrace this dream to the last extend
the dream that begins with a smile and never end

a part of me tried desperately to wake my heart repeatedly
it could not reach for him but touched him through the glass
still he might be listening but it fell paralyzed in a trance

everytime i think that i've reached the exit
am falling deeper in love with no will to repent

echos resound on the ledge of time and through the glass of wine
between the walls of my heart every word fall within rhyme
but i think that i drank too much .. so it's time for me to hush

happy valentine's day everyone

I Love it.

American with an accent, Christian with a tat, sociopath with a heart, child with no mother, Lover with no Lover, confidently doubting, amused but not laughing, woman but child, feisty yet caring, sweet when not bitter.

you rushed the ending a bit, very bad habit ...

I know because I used to do that a lot

keep the unfinished snippets safe, then weave them back when the time is due,
rushing an end is the burying of future possibilities ...

other than that, good 'un :tu:

He who postpones the hour of living rightly ... is like the rustic who waits for the river to run out ... before he crosses.
