you'd be surprised at how many are actually hoping that NK would, yes ... would start something ...

they're already wiping out the red and starting with a new set of books, I've seen the contingency plans

world trade numbers would be suspended for a period of duration where all would need to play with a new set of books till 'advised' otherwise

they still swimming in their private money pool, we are the drowning ones in their debt sewage tanks

He who postpones the hour of living rightly ... is like the rustic who waits for the river to run out ... before he crosses.

context: axis of evil

"Zimbabwe" FM
It's sad (horrifying) that Africa remains in such strife. The ethnic cleansing in Darfur, heart-breaking.

There are glimmers of hope.

Tunisia: Mohammed Bouazizi may have been the spark (gouhlish pun not intended) of the Arab Spring. At least it signals a shift away from dictatorships. Mubarak is gone.

In moments of gloom on such subject, I recall Romania's General Secretary Nicolae Ceausescu, seized by his people, tried & convicted of genocide
and executed Dec. 25, 1989.

Merry Christmas
