Hi everybody!

Long time no see! Hopefully someone would remember me on this forum :)

I thought I'd share with you this track. I've been meditating to it and it works pretty good. Hope you enjoy!

Meditation should be learn in schools.

By meditation whole brain is develping. Meditation dont need effort. Kids can meditate. We dont need „om“ or mantras or chanting. It develops prefrontal cortex which is why are we different then animal. Back of our brain is called animal.By not developing fron cortex we have human animals. No stress, stress lead to cancer, no diabetes, no heart disease lower blood pressure, no alcohol, no drugs. We are most perfect being. We can expirience everything.Now medical experts believe transcendental meditation could be used to treat high blood pressure and psychological problems. Consciousness by defention must be aware. Awareness of what? Its just itself. Its aware of itself. We are process of knowing.People who meditate grow bigger brains than those who dont. We can focus on today moments and reduce stress. Stress have very bad effect on body. It weak our immunity system, raises heart rate and blood pressure, psoriasis, asthma. When we are relaxed serotonin is released and it boots our immune system. People who suffer from IBS report that symptoms of IBS improved when they start to meditate. We just need to breathe right and focus on it in quite atmosphere.
