i thought this had been round for centuries, but was decided mares milk was better for the drink as it contains more sugar. the Mongolians used to make a milk alcohol drink called kumis.

No,not together I meant them apart...I still love drinking milk and I do like Vodka ,but I'm more of a brandy type
