So you are saying she is absolved of any responsibility that occurred because of her bad decisions, because she was drunk and because other people where making bad decisions.  If you are going to use that train of logic then why not apply it to the boys who raped her, they where probably also drunk, not to as great an extent as her but I am willing to bet more then likely wasted and it was a group of them and no one at the party stopped them so it was a large group of people making a bad decision(s).  So with the logic you used to absolve the girl of any wrong doing can just as easily apply to the boys that raped her and absolve them for what they did too, pretty much with the logic you are using you are taking any any personal responsibility one has after getting drunk, especially if it is with a group.

Should her parents have grounded her for underage drinking? Okay, yeah. she should be scolded for underage drinking.
Now by your logic we should ground/scold the boys for rape.
No thanks. Don't agree at all. And don't agree a raped woman deserves ridiculed to the point of suicide. Sorry. I'll never agree to that.

That is the flaw of your logic.  I asked if you thought the girl was absolved of everything, you said says because she was drunk and everyone was making bad decisions anyway, all I did was apply your own logic to the other side of this so it isn't me you are disagreeing with but your own logic.

My logic on all of this is that all parties involved are equally guilty of what occurred, including the girl.

And yet no one has commented about that poor choice that she made.  Don't dogpile on me; I'm not saying it's entirely her fault.  It's also the fault of whoever provided alcohol to underage people.  It's the fault of whoever threw a party that probably encouraged those poor choices.  And whoever invited those boys probably knew a bit of their character beforehand.

So anyone who gets a little too drunk at a party deserves to get gang raped?

She passed out from being drunk, that goes far beyond being a little too drunk.  A lot of my friends drink, and a few drink heavily, getting to the point where you pass out completely is not easy to reach.

What? You're joking, right? You'd have to be to think that a girl who makes a bad call and gets too drunk is equally responsible for her own rape as the perpetrators.

She never deserved to be raped, if anything, her friends and even guys there should have done the right and decent thing and that is escorted/assisted her to one of the rooms to sleep it off and if possible (in case of the rape scenario) locked the door behind themselves.

Rape is never excusable in any circumstance.

"I charge thee in the sight of God, who giveth life to all things, and of Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed the good confession; that thou keep the commandment, without spot, without reproach, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ: which in its own times he shall show, WHO IS THE BLESSED AND ONLY POTENTE, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS; who only hath immortality, dwelling in light unapproachable; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and power eternal. Amen" (I Tim 6:13-16).

Now the police are warning that anyone that takes "justice" against these guys will be prosecuted. WTF - something is backwards here.

Looks like anonymous is getting involved.  They have already discovered the name of two of the attackers.

"Anonymous" says teen's alleged rapists "will be held accountable"

So is gang rape - yet only one is being prosecuted.

Instead of responding with logic, examples, or anything of intellectual value that may have proven your point you resort to personal attacks.
