If I survived an incident involving a cat eating woman with spikes for teeth who murdered doctors and then feasted upon security guards, I wouldn't make up a cheesy name that focused upon her lack of expression, especially when it is specifically noted that she smiled (which is an expression).  I'd call her "Demonic cat eating spiked tooth doctor murdering woman"

That picture creeps me out. Who would take the time to set up a picture like that for such an obscure urban legend?

Probably just a medical staff training dummy.

Wasn't that from Doctor Who? I'm not sure, maybe I'm just pulling that out of my ass.

I thought it was going to be about Kristen Stewart.....

I must not fear. Fear is the Mind-Killer. It is the little death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and to move through me. And when it is gone I will turn the inner eye to see it's path.
When the fear is gone, there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

What makes you think the picture has anything to do with the story in the OP?

There's no apparent link other than that one person posted the OP story and someone else in the same thread posted a creepy looking picture of what seems to me to be a medical training dummy. Do a Google image search for 'medical training dummy' and all sorts of weird looking plastic freaky things used for training doctors, nurses, paramedics, etc. come up.

Hehe... kinda funny to me...

Picture a mannequin with spikes for teeth eating a kitten.  Sounds ridiculous.  Not to mention doctors rushing out to the waiting room of an ER to take a patient down....lol....that would never happen.  Nurses do everything.  :D

That was freaky!! :unsure2:  What a bizarre world we live. I just hope I never come face to face with the expressionless. I know I'd wet my pants for sure.

The picture is from the Creepy Pasta entry for the story the OP posted.
