We've seen some odd flavours of ice cream recently.

A few months ago Femail reported one Tokyo restaurant was serving a menu seasoned with fresh dirt.

And now, Kobe's Torimi (Bird) Cafe is serving a line of three ice creams modelled on breeds of small bird - java sparrow, parakeet and cockatiel.

At first I was thinking this sounds gross, thinking about a little budgie being in my ice cream.  I take it that there really isn't a bird in your ice cream so I would try it.

It's not real bird. The flavors are modeled more on their surroundings and foods. Think clover honey and seeds .

Miss me?

I'm glad I don't care for ice cream.

I am already glad at least one person here actually read (and understood) the article.
