A Spanish town has come up with an ingenious way to keep its streets clean of dog mess – by sending the offending deposits back to the owners in an official box marked 'Lost Property'.

Brilliant. If I see the one who let's his dog crap on my path and just leaves it there, I'm going to follow him home and return his property to him - all over his car.

I've got a neighborhood dog that likes to take a huge dump out by my mailbox.  I don't know if it's being walked, or just roaming.  But, to fix the problem I poured a whole bottle of Tabasco sauce around the mailbox.  No more poop!

Did they do a DNA analysis on the poop just to verify the guity dog?

Heh. Good for them

"The sun never stops shining, Sabrina, just as our flames never die out." Keith had said to me softly.
"Even if it rains?" I asked, gazing into his eyes with a smirk on my lips.
"The sun's still above those clouds, Sabrina." He chuckled, shaking his head with amusement.
"Then let's find those sunny skies above us."

Hahha, that's great. Dog owners/walkers that allow the mess to sit bother me. It's just gross.

Your ad hominem connotes your sciolism. Now that is some funny commentary.

Good idea, but I pity the city employees who have to spend hours scooping, packaging and mailing the stuff!
