A young fox has been filmed approaching two men for help after getting its head stuck in a glass jar in Russia.

Video of the animal, posted online on Thursday, shows it standing on a dirt road with its head obscured by the heavy glass jar.

When the man filming and his friend go to approach the fox, instead of running away it walks quickly towards them.

Poor thing, that stretch of road seems isolated, I wonder how long it was stuck with that bottle - dumb to get stuck in it but smart to figure his way out :tu:

"I warn you, whoever you are, oh you who wish to probe the arcanes of nature, if you do not find within yourself that which you seek, neither shall you find it outside.
If you ignore the excellencies of your own house, how do you intend to find other excellencies?
In you is hidden the treasure of treasures, Oh man, know thyself and you shall know the Universe and the Gods."

I don't think the poor little fox intentionally went to the for help,

I think it was confused, scared and dis-orientated but either way, what a stroke of luck the 2 guys were around.

Whether he approached them intentionally or not, I'm glad he got help!

That was cute. Surely the poor fox would have died without that removal.

Notice how, at the end of the vid, the fox seems to glance back at it's rescure's either out of normal general fear, or appreciation.
Who knows.

Great vid.
