An unfortunate woman in Dunedin, New Zealand, who reached for her lip gloss in the middle of the night instead grabbed superglue and accidentally glued her mouth shut.

Local police say when the woman called them for help, she sounded like "she had been gagged" on account of her predicament.

Lets hope this starts a fashion trend, I could do with the peace and quiet.  ;)

I've flown from one side of this galaxy to the other. I've seen a lot of strange stuff, but I've never seen anything to show me where the hell Helen of Annoy has been for the past couple of months.

OMG, I got chills when I read the title, especially with the thought of her doing it on her own. Then it just turns out to be an accident.

Would be very chilling if the had a cold and a blocked nose!

What is chilling is I just liked a post you made in another thread, I checked my content and you had just done the same. B)

Edit: this really funny, but I think my original response was mod action worthy.

But yipes to keep your superglue and lip balm in the same place enough to mistake the two.. That's just foolish.

Then why was she the one on the phone mumbling to the police?

By the time she tasted it, it would have been to late.
