I'm not interested in planes/flying usually, but I felt quite excited about this!

Environmentally-friendly and, I'm assuming, safer than gliding ..... what's not to like?!! :w00t:

Well done the backers who literally 'got the project off the ground'!

(Apologies for excessive use of exclamation marks ....... sorry)

Wow..pretty cool I think. It's not perfect but at least it's a start.
I hope this idea is developed more.

Yes it is a very cool aircraft and should be commended. However it's operation is extremely limited. Development of solar technologies is important however limited.

Limited or not I'm really glad they are trying.  I hope they can find a way for solar energy to be better than use of fossil fuels.  Steps like this are very important in that process.
