kannin Posted July 9, 2013 #1 Share Posted July 9, 2013 Just in time for the Fouth of July, a little dog was given his independence. On a 16 kilometre drive from Hallandale Beach to Dania Beach, a couple from South Florida noticed their car was sputtering and not driving normally. That’s when they pulled over, popped the hood, and noticed a little dog stuck between the steering mechanism and an axle. Crews from the Broward Sherriff’s Office were dispatched to liberate the pup at around 1:30 p.m., and were able to free him in under two minutes. Now affectionately nicknamed ‘Road Dog,’ the little guy was brought into the shade, and given a nice big dish of drinking water. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
