These I don't think you could consider explicitly punk or hardcore, but most definitely have been influenced quite strongly by the both.

And here's a rock/punk band fronted by the once drummer of the Scorpions. I saw them playing to an audience of only me and my friend at a side stage at the Warped Tour one year. the singer gave me and my friend a CD each fro watching them and clapping. Many years later, I found out he was the drummer for Scorpions, and his drummer of his punk band (also his wife) was Tommy Lee's sister. It must be wild for this guy to play for thousands at arenas, and then play a show with his own band for an audience of just me and my friend:

I was going to post a TAD video earlier, but almost no one connects them with Punk or Hardcore, although they really are I think. Tad Doyle is the nicest dude, love him, we seem him out and about fairly frequently. LOL. He's still got projects going on and is as talented as ever. Saw him play a couple of months ago with his band The Brothers of the Sonic Cloth. Everything he does is just plain good fun!

I can't help but mention that it is ironic that he is holding a microphone, when he has a much larger one for a head. lol

I used to know a guy in junior high that had an afro, and we used to call him microphone head.
