The law allows spray and kill people in America -50 Code Chapter 32 Section 1520a fragment b. Congressman Kucinich has proposed a law that would ban the chemical traces but Congress has not passed. If the spray does not happen why the law is proposed?

(a) Prohibited activities

The Secretary of Defense may not conduct (directly or by contract)--
    (1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical agent
or biological agent on a civilian population; or
    (2) any other testing of a chemical agent or biological agent on
    human subjects.

(B) Exceptions

Subject to subsections ©, (d), and (e) of this section, the
prohibition in subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a test
or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes:
    (1) Any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical,
therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or research
    activity.
    (2) Any purpose that is directly related to protection against
toxic chemicals or biological weapons and agents.
    (3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related
    to riot control.

Isnt evidence of high levels of barium and aluminium in the blood sign that we are being sprayed. Chemtrail theory said that condesation trail is full of barium salts and aluminium dioxide in order to make clouds which will last longer. Aluminium is linked with dementia and barium with high blood pressure.

Also this might be interesting.

1951 Pont-Saint-Esprit mass poisoning
The 1951 Pont-Saint-Esprit mass poisoning, also known as Le Pain Maudit was a mass poisoning on 15 August 1951, in the small town of Pont-Saint-Esprit in southern France. More than 250 people were involved, including 50 persons interned in asylums and 7 deaths. The foodborne illness, which affected other parts of France but was the most serious in Pont-Saint-Esprit, was traced to "cursed bread" (pain maudit). Most academic sources accept ergot poisoning as the cause of the epidemic, while a few theorize other causes such as poisoning by mercury, mycotoxins, or nitrogen trichloride.[1][2][3][4][5]
CIA field trial[edit source | editbeta]
In his 2009 book, A Terrible Mistake, journalist Hank P. Albarelli Jr alleges that the CIA tested the use of LSD on the population of Pont-Saint-Esprit as part of its MKULTRA biological weapons program.

Do you NOT know how to post anything without Cherry-picking the source??

Once again, with the information you PURPOSELY LEFT OUT...

First off - the link to the Wiki article - http://en.wikipedia...._mass_poisoning

Other theories

Mercury poisoning - Later investigations suggested mercury poisoning due to the use of Panogen or other fungicides used to treat grains and seeds.[6] Paranormal researcher John G. Fuller asserts that the symptoms exhibited by victims in Pont-Saint-Esprit were not consistent with this hypothesis.[7]

Aspergillus fumigatus - In 1982, a French researcher suggested Aspergillus fumigatus, a toxic fungus produced in grain silos, as a potential culprit.[8]

Nitrogen trichloride - In 2008, historian Steven Kaplan published Le Pain Maudit, an extensive historical account of the incident and its repercussions.[9] The book argues that the poisoning might have been caused by nitrogen trichloride used to artificially (and illegally) bleach flour.[9][10]

CIA field trial - In his 2009 book, A Terrible Mistake, journalist Hank P. Albarelli Jr alleges that the CIA tested the use of LSD on the population of Pont-Saint-Esprit as part of its MKULTRA biological weapons program.[11] Steven Kaplan has dismissed Albarelli's claims as conspiracy theory.[12][13]

And from the Stephen Kaplan dismissal:

Source: http://www.france24....-poison-illness

Quote

Steven Kaplan, a US historian specialising in French food history and the author of the 2008 book “Le pain maudit” told FRANCE 24: “I have numerous objections to this paltry evidence against the CIA. First of all, it's clinically incoherent: LSD takes effects in just a few hours, whereas the inhabitants showed symptoms only after 36 hours or more. Furthermore, LSD does not cause the digestive ailments or the vegetative effects described by the townspeople.

Furthermore, Kaplan deems the whole notion “harebrained”. “It is absurd, this idea of transmitting a very toxic drug by putting it in bread," he said. "As for pulverising it [for ingestion through the air], that technology was not even possible at that time. Most compellingly, why would they choose the town of Pont-Saint-Esprit to conduct these tests? It was half-destroyed by the US Army during fighting with the Germans in the Second World War. It makes no sense.

The CIA conspiracy theory is not the only one put forth to explain the events of 1951. The most common hypothesis blames the bakery of Pont-Saint-Esprit, the idea being that some unknown fungus affected the rye used in making the bread, bringing on ergotism, a form of poisoning that can psychologically affect those who ingest it. However, without more evidence, this theory remains flimsy – ergotism has not existed in France since the 18th century.

If you would just take a little time to further research you claims, you would not look like as much of a fool as you seem to enjoy making yourself out to be.

Since you seem to really like using cherry-picking Wiki as your source, you should read this page:

http://en.wikipedia....cking_(fallacy)

Quote

Cherry picking, suppressing evidence, or the fallacy of incomplete evidence is the act of pointing to individual cases or data that seem to confirm a particular position, while ignoring a significant portion of related cases or data that may contradict that position. It is a kind of fallacy of selective attention, the most common example of which is the confirmation bias.

Cz you have to calm down. My post was not cherry picking for evidence because there is no evidence at all what cause max poisoning in France.
Again, you are one who is cherry picking set by own criteria. Meaning you totaly left out post 1.

edit:

You have law which allow spraying.
You have logic question. Why proposed law against chemtrail if it doesnt exist?
You have scientist/expert on bioterrorism and terror medicine who describe what USA goverment done.

Oh and btw you purposely left out it.

If you have the time, I would watch all 5 parts of this, it is fascinating. But the above clip, talks about the chemicals they sprayed on civilians in Korea....If they could do it then and get away with it, what do you think they can do now?? :unsure2:

Thanks I will.
Thats good question. When we become so polite, friendly, easygoing and carring?
Look at this

In 1955, the CIA conducted a biological warfare experiment where they released whooping cough bacteria from boats outside of Tampa Bay, Florida, causing a whooping cough epidemic in the city, and killing at least 12 people.

Voodoo,

What proof do you have that airliners/aircraft are spraying anything? What evidence do you have that airliners are involved in anything aside from transporting people and freight?

I have yet to ever see any real connection between airline contrails and anything. Seems all the evidence is based on "looks strange/funny/odd"

If I was going to poison folks (remember, the chemtrail theory has this stuff falling on EVERYONE below...), I'd use something more "targetable".

Hi!
What proof you think I would have? Video tape from airplane where you see that I collect samples from condesation trail? Then labratory analysis? You must have rational expectation. Also I didnt say just airplanes. I said we are sprayed. In post 9 you can see that boats also can "spray".
Why do you think that target isnt everyone below?
Anyway to offer you evidence we can collect. We have law which allows spraying. We have congressman who proposed law against chemtrails-which didnt pass.
And I have to ask you what evidence you have that black holes exist? You-not scientists? You have none. You just believe to scientists on word. Well I also believe to expert on bioterrorism.
Also you have history of unethical experiments done in USA and beyond.

Do the folks who believe this silliness really understand how much "product" it would take to make the kinds of chemtrails they claim are being made?  How much would that "product" weigh?  How would one hide that in a fully loaded commercial airliner?  What is the system for spraying such "product"?

Then there's the little point that pretty much everyone that has access to such aircraft would have to know about the system and what is being done with it.  And yet NONE of those people have an issue with having poison sprayed on them.

Sounds kinda silly doesn't it?

All those white lines produced by aircraft which look and behave exactly like contrails are really deliberate spraying of anti-fairy dust (cleverly disguised to look and act exactly like contrails) .....

If you see any of these trails, check the bottom of your garden the next day.  I bet you won't find a single fairy!   Which proves I'm right.

Note: some also claim that anti-fairy dust being sprayed by aircraft (in a way that makes it look and act exactly like a contrai) is the reason we no longer see unicorns, though the evidence in support of such a conjecture is disputed
