The Telegraph said:

Documents identifying prosecution witnesses in a case against defence contractor BAE Systems turned up at a cannabis farm in east London after being lost by the Serious Fraud Office, it has emerged.

The witnesses’ identities were among 32,000 document pages, 81 audio tapes and electronic media from 59 sources that Britain’s fraud-busting agency sent to the wrong owner.

The files ended up in a storage facility in east London that was also being used as a cannabis farm, according to shadow attorney general Emily Thornberry.

How odd. I have so many questions I don't know where to begin.

- Why were these materials sent out from a "secure facility" in the first place?

- Who is this so-called "owner" that apparently had the legal right to receive this material? A defense attorney maybe?

- How could such material be delivered to the "wrong address"? Hopefully such type material is sent by courier, not by mail.

- Why was the "receipient" not authenticated before handing this stuff over?

Anway, those are just some of my questions to myself. I'm not asking anyone here to answer.
