What if the Higgs field exists in an ultra-dense state that could mean the collapse of all atomic matter?

So the odds of the Higgs Field tunneling to the denser state randomly are so small as to be beside the point.  Still, we are on the "knife edge," and only one quantum occurrence is needed.

I must say, the world sure has some smart people in it to figure these thing out and make them understandable.
