Court battle over burial of Richard III remains

www.bbc.co.uk said:

A dispute over where the remains of King Richard III should be reburied is to be heard later at the High Court.

Archaeologists found them under a Leicester council car park last year.

They were to be re-interred at the city's cathedral, but some of the king's descendants claim his wish was to be buried at York Minster.

Well they should just chuck whats left into the sea because its cheap. And "The project would cost up to £1.3m, of which £96,000 would be spent on the tomb and vault." .... so where does the other £1204000 go?
