THIS is an odd phenomena, you could be forgiven for thinking it was a trick, but it isnt, so watch first





Scientists finally solve the mystery of what is REALLY happening in the hit 'leaping chain' YouTube video

* BBC Presenter who posted the video had been unable to explain it
* Experts wrote a paper explaining the phenomenon for the first time
* Problem now being used as a teaching tool to train young Physics students

Without reading the official explanation I would say it's because the balls won't let it arc any smaller than what is shown.
