My FB page shows a bunch of quotes by people. I did a research on one of them and was delightfully surprised.

But you guys will find him sacrilegious.

Robert Ingersoll, he is.

I was delighted that at least one American historical figure shared a very similar spiritual perspective as mine. As a Civil War vet, he saw everything. And seems like he contemplated on spirituality from the battlefield. They say there's no atheist in the foxhole, but that doesn't mean that a foxhole is filled with God-lovers.

Among the field of rotting corpses and dying brethren, he truly found the nature of God.

Embrace the nightmare, folks.
