Someone actually is using video/audio instead of just claims to answer something.

As for the sounds sounded like kids to me.

Those pesky ass ghosts know to stay out of the cameras view.

It's like we always say here on UM. Best way to cure a haunting is setup a Camera and start recording. Nothing but natural sounds here IMHO.
