More spiders are learning how to catch and eat FISH, new research reveals.

The eight-legged creatures lie in wait by garden ponds and lakes, reach in to grab passing fish then drag them off to devour them.

And for those who think this is the behaviour of giant species in the tropics of Africa, Australia or America, it even applies to European varieties including some found in the UK.

These spiders have taken up fishing as a hobby :)

Some water loving spiders enjoy relaxing in bubbles.

In a million years we could have spiders that live under water.

"I wish neither to possess, Nor to be possessed. I no longer covet paradise, more important, I no longer fear hell. The medicine for my suffering I had within me from the very beginning, but I did not take it. My ailment came from within myself, But I did not observe it until this moment. Now I see that I will never find the light.  Unless, like the candle, I am my own fuel, Consuming myself. "

They're living underwater in your toilets.

Just a heads up, Arachnids started out as aquatic creatures. Look up giant sea scorpions sometime.

The spider is having a relaxing dip and these fish come along and tease it.
