World's largest aquatic insect specimen found in China

(CNN) -- The world's largest flying aquatic insect, with huge, nightmarish pincers, has been discovered in China's Sichuan province, experts say.
According to the Insect Museum of West China, local villagers in the outskirts of Chengdu handed over "weird insects that resemble giant dragonflies with long teeth" earlier this month.
Several of these odd critters were examined by the museum and found to be unusually large specimens of the giant dobsonfly, which is native to China and Vietnam.

Felt like sleeping? And now you can't?

Your welcome.

Ignorant people think it's the noise which fighting cats make that is so aggravating, but it ain't so; it's the sickening grammar they use.

Oh God, and I thought some of the beetles around here were horrifying.

GUESS WHERE I'M NOT GOING. EVER.

IKR, even if it was normal bug sized it would be horrific in every sense of the word.

But since it is human face sized (who does that, who uses a human face as a unit of measurement to describe a nightmare insect?!?!?!)...wait I forgot my point due to the terror.

I wonder if the locals regard this as a delicacy yet?

If it weren't for those pincers, it would be cute (reminds me of a dragonfly).
