A £12,000 diamond launched to the edge of space has landed somewhere in Lincolnshire - and whoever finds it, gets to keep it.

It's a risky publicity stunt IMO. People and treasure can cause some pretty unpredictable situations, including property damage that is greater than the diamond's worth or even people getting hurt. I'm sure the jeweller store's campaign is in good faith, but they might not have thought the whole thing through.
