Women at high risk of breast cancer could be screened for the disease by simply breathing into a tube which is then sniffed by a specially trained dog, in a new clinical trial after UK scientists found the animals are highly accurate at detecting other cancers.

Ive seen several shows/articles dealing with like topics - However all but this is the only one says they can train then
The others stated it was they did or did not have the trait & if they did they could be trained

But this one seems to say give us a dog we'll train it to smell xyz
Which is right ?
Can they both be ?
Interesting...

After having just gone through my annual 'squish-a-thon' (aka, mammogram) I can quite honestly say I'd rather have done the dog method.

Now we just need to find a use for cats. Dogs are constantly getting one over on the cat population.

No, cats are not to have a 'use'...unless chasing mice (which they love) could be considered useful by their humans. No, humans are designated to be useful to cats...and we'd better tow the line!
