At the moment I am currently reading a book called Evolution by Stephen Baxter, I haven't read any of his books before and I have to say that he is a great author, I would like to recommend this book to all.

'Evolution' follows the ebbs and flow of one stream in the great river of DNA. It turns the story of Darwinian evolution into a constant drama, a daily life and death struggle a heroic story of life's endurance. It is a story that transcends generations, species, mankind, and in the end, Earth itself.
