Most likely a cat in a tree or some similar creature. The backs of the retinas in the eyes are very reflective and the blood vessels will create that glowing red color. Nothing evil about the cat or possum or whatever, just the way their eyes are designed to help them to pick up light in dark environments.

Animal, most likely a cat of opossum or raccoon.  I used to have a cat watch into the bathroom window at the apartment I used to live in.  Depending on the angle and the color of the light in the room, the eyes were green, yellow or red.
