Spanish ski resort on alert over 'Yeti'

Still Waters

Recommended Posts

There was panic among tourists at a Spanish ski resort after skiers captured footage and a photo that appears to show a mysterious creature resembling a Yeti clambering through snow-covered slopes of the Pyrenees mountains.

The skiers showed the ski resort management a photo and video of the alleged Yeti-like creature as evidence.

Shaky cam, filmed from a long distance, no clear views and evidently the guy holding the 1957 camera was an alchy or having an epileptic seizure or both because he needed to run off and get another drink so he could not film for longer than 20s.

In the photos it looks like a person wearing a white snowsuit.

Business as usual when it comes to "sightings".

Thing looks no bigger than 6 ft and doesn't appear to be more than a man in a monkey suit.

Would a longer version make it "real"?

Not a yeti. Man in a white hair suit. You can see the seam between the suit pieces. Bottom of shoes. Wrong walk. Human not yeti. Wrong body structure.

The big give away is his hair is pure white. Even polar bears are not pure white.

Really wish these types of people would stop doing this stuff.

'Proof by length' and 'proof by repetition' are both corollaries of 'proof by volume'. This is well known to Howler monkeys and certain political groups.

Humans are so keen at disrupting biodiversity.

Seeking attention.

And making more dumb copies of themselves.

As a human, it must suck to hate yourself so much.

No kidding.

But atleast I dont spend so much time on pointless issues. And I dont add more insult to overpopulation.

BTW, you just did. Both pointless issues and empowering our "overpopulation" "problem".
