Actually, some small short haired dogs like their sweaters in the cold weather. My aunts little min-pin would wait by the door in the winter time until she put on her sweater (gets very cold in upstate NY in the winter).

That I can understand.... I was thinking about the "trendy" Paris Hilton behaviour.

@ Sarah, thanks. :)

It's not just little dogs that need coats in winter. I put Honey outside overnight when she was 4 months old and kept her in a quilted jacket or fleecy top as she refused to use the kennel. I've already brought some for her and Noah as even though Noah won't go outside till he's a bit bigger he also won't use bedding and lies on the cool tiles. (Both are Golden retrievers)

I may also be moving too and it snows sometimes there so coats are good for night time toileting etc. I know even now when I take Noah and Honey out for their last toileting at 1am that it's getting really cool and you can feel it on the dogs fur.

Clothes are for real human kids.... not cats and dogs. :td:

Talking doggie clothes, MooMoo has a felt vest my daughter made her. MooMoo thinks it's her Superdog cape and has magical powers.
We'd tell her otherwise, but wouldn't want to crimp her imagination.

Beautiful black kitty! I had one that looked just like that only he had one white splotch on his chest so we called him Chester.

Bombay cat?  Mine do the same.

With five feeble senses we pretend to comprehend the boundlessly complex cosmos, yet other beings with wider, stronger, or different range of senses might not only see very differently the things we see, but might see and study whole worlds of matter, energy, and life which lie close at hand yet can never be detected with the senses we have." - H.P. Other life in the universe?, you dare to imply there are entities possibly far greater than us almighty humans, creators of canned ham and reality tv. Nonsense. Absurd.

The reality that stupidy exists in abundance doesnt bother me. Its the fact that theres still no cure.

here is a picture of my new kitten Biddy Tat Ima Purr Kitty. She is about 4-5 weeks old and was rescued from an AC unit at my work. We have a pride of feral cats there that about to get rounded up and destroyed. We saved 4 kittens one cold rainy day and found them all new homes.
