WOW really weird, the strung up animals in the trees would freak me out as well. I got no idea..

Ya, funny looking thing. Teeth look a little cat like I guess but the muzzle is long, canine looking. Poor b****** is sure dead though. A while back we had some odd animals showing up I saw one and a couple people at my sisters work saw them. One woman said it looked like a bever but what I saw stood like a jack rabbit but the fur was brown and the ears were short and rounded from what I could tell in the headlights. It ran off into the desert. I guess someone might say it looked like a beaver if it wasn't sitting up like that.

If an animal killed it it's possible that a pack animal could have done it especially if they were larger than it.  I've seen domestic dogs grab an animal smaller than them and try to pull it in half.
