You know; I would so, so love it if in 2012 Atlantis resurfaced and it turned out Atlantean survivors have been among us all along, they come forth and tell us that all the speculation regarding them was true and then take scientists to the resurfaced Atlantis to prove it.....that'd be something to shut the skeptics up eh?

And since 2012 is an arbitrary chosen date by a bunch of misinformed people and con men, the odds of that happening are even smaller than me winning the euromillions lottery 5 times in a row.

Honestly...I would have absolutely no regrets. I have formed my opinion on Atlantis based on data we have available to us right now. Unless the Atlanteans show us something that we should have been able to figure out before they popped up with "Magic! We Don't Got to Explain It!", I'll keep being a skeptic.
