think about it marduk, whether it was build for burying the dead, religious ceremonies, or spiritual significance or what not, they build it for they local uses, whateva it was, not nescessarily a 'lost civilization' connection.

we're talking about every pyramid on earth here or just a specific set of pyramids
if its the former, then you haven't got a clue
if its the latter then specify which or you haven't got a clue

you're saying that civilisations across the earths surface all thought about building pyramids at the same time in their development.
My calculator isn't good enough to calculate the odds of that happening by coincedence
because it doesn't have an "add infinitum" button that i can press repeatedly

you know what the phrase "at the same time in their development " means ?
