What worries me is that no -one seems to want to do anything about it from the sounds of that article. Joking aside i think that it'll be an accident mixed with indifferance that will finish off mankind rather than mankind itself (directly)

[blue]I presume that many objects have crashed into the Earth over the millennia it has been in existence, and some of these objects will have contained these viruses and some will have survived to the surface.

So why worry? Maybe our earth-bound viruses have evolved to be counter-agents for these things, or maybe they only flourish in a space-vacuum and won't live long here on Earth...

That kinda reminds me of the movie "Evolution."  Where the metorite hit and all these aliens came out of it.  We're going to be overrun by freaky aliens, and they're going to eat us. Yuk.

An article came out today that could detail a far more frightening scenario when Mir lands. CLICK HERE

So how come we haven't been infected by any viruses from any other space missions?-or are there special Russian viruses?
BTW-Is this a good thing or bad thing about free tacos?
I've never had a taco so I can't comment. :su

PS,
I know some people who would fit that description nicely :)

Sheff_Pud,
Although the article didn't speak well on behalf of tacos, specifically Taco Bell, I rather like tacos.

Tacos are cool 8)
