A crappy multiple exposure. If you notice there are two lighting exposures going on. First the door is lit by natural or difuse/soft light. The light has a warmness to it. While the second light on the zombie appears to be a flash or specular/hard light. You will notice the cool color. Plus what zombie would want to look like a Toys R Us toy.

100% fake! And I hate that for all the ghost pictures the ghosts always are ugly and scary and evil. That's on of the points that tip me off that it's a fake pic.
