The fish that crawled out of the water
A newly found fossil links fish to land-lubbers.

Does this prove evolution?  I think so.

Basically, a fish fossil was found that is a cross between a crocodile and a fish from 375 million years ago.  The well preserved fossils are considered the "missing link" by some paleontologists.

To suppose that earth is the only populated world in infinite space is as absurd as to believe that in an entire field sown with millet, only one grain will grow.  --Metrodorus of Chios, 4th century BCE

There is already a thread for this topic, so I think it would be best to add comments to the other more developed thread so that we do not confuse each other..

Too many people on both sides of the spectrum have fallen into this mentality that a full one half of the country are the enemy for having different beliefs...in a country based on freedom of expression. It is this infighting that allows the focus to be taken away from "we the people" being able to watch, and have control over government corruption and ineptitude that is running rampant in our leadership.

People should be working towards fixing problems, not creating them.
