I need to explain a bit about this. In Norway, we have over the last hundreds of years heard stories of what is known as "huldra", a beautiful woman with a cowtail, who lives in the mountains, and has been known to capture men walking alone in the mountains. This has been seen upon as folklore, but even today people see her.

Like these four girls, who were on holiday in a cottage in the mountains. They suddenly felt a presence, and looking outside, they saw a girl sitting in the snow, barefoot, with a pretty smile, but also having black, sinister eyes. They tried to talk to her, but she just kept on smiling, before starting to walk away. One of the girls managed to get these pictures before she vanished. Scary?

She 'managed' to take these pictures before the woman vanished? Managed to take them with what?? A box and a piece of photography paper? They are grainy and indistinguishable, just like most pictures of these type of things. hmm.gif

Cool story tho, I've never heard it before. thumbsup.gif

Everyone has a vestigial bone, a remnant of a tail, called a coccyx.

I've never seen anything like what Bella posted before, but I definetely think it's possible that in some rare cases the coccyx could be deformed and grow to form a stubby tail.

How, exactly? Did she ask the woman to stand and pose while she quickly scribbled a crayon drawing? blink.gif

I see a floating dress... rolleyes.gif

But I do believe having a tail is actually some sort of medical phenomena, whereby the last few parts of the tailbone stick out of the skin.

She took these two photographs of her, while she was walking away. You can see her fading away, right? Sorry if my English fails me from time to time, I am Norwegian you know, and English is not my first language. hmm.gif

That's true. But these creatures have cowtails, long ones, and appear only in the mountains. They walk barefoot in the snow, are beautiful with sinister eyes.

No problem, your English is perfect. thumbsup.gif

I find it hard to believe that it is a photograph, I've honestly never seen a photo like that in my life. It looks a lot more like crayon drawing to me than anything else.
