Well first off I'm not from England, and england English and American English are as much alike as how you speak and how your grandfather spoke sometimes. But if I have to guess...
Can ya kick a ball again and (something) it with your (something) til it bursts, if you can, what? (like Wot, when someone says "Well get it done, wot" in a Harry Potter book >.>) Seems as if its someone asking someone to do something.
My guess anyway.. whats it mean???

I don't think we have any weird dialects where I live. Maybe a few of the Native Americans still speak their mother tongue, but that's not really a dialect.
BUT, we here in the PNW of the USA DO have an accent. Most of us think we don't, but we most certainly do. We talk extremely fast, often we allow the last sylable to 'fall off' and we don't punctuate or pause. We talk in long fast run on sentences.
You can actually hear a pretty good example in the movie "Say Anything" with John Cusack. Apparently, Cameron Crow hired a linguist to come on set to teach all the actors to speak like "Northwesterners". It was the time I realized I DO have an accent. haha.

"Cuz(slang for cousin), kick the ball again, and I'll hit it with your head till it burst. If cuz said what?"
The last part doesn't make much sense, in context compared with the other sentence, but I tried...........
can you decipher this?:
8)(2 0 11 11 4 3)(19 7 4)(15 8 25 25 4 17 8 0)(0 13 3)(19 7 4 24)(18 0 8 3)(19 7 0 7)(19 7 4 8 17)(13 4 22)(13 20 12 1 4 17)(22 8 11 11)(1 4)(#fff-hhh-ggg.
How to decipher: Each number represents a letter in the alphabet, you count how many letters the number assigns you to count, and after you finish, the letter after the letter that you finished at, is the letter the number is representing. Each ")(" represents a space and that the previous word is finished. The part of the sentence after the last space is a phone number. Each letter represents a number. Try to count until you get to that letter, whatever number you finished counting on to get to that letter is the number appropriate to be part of the phone number.
