I just stumbled upon this page whilst looking at earth photography???? (how does that happen) but I've never seen anything like this. Baby fancy dress, my personal favourite being the chili and the pea pod.

My favourite was the duck on the first page, those feet just made me laugh

When my daughters were young, they had fancy dress parties to go to, one of them went as a television (got a box, cut out holes for the head and arms, stuck a cartoon picture on the front and drew the knobs for the on and off button and the channel and volume with felt tip pens).

The other daughter ended up going as a sunflower, unfortunately, she spent much of the afternoon, she said, continually replacing the petals around her face as the cardboard cutout of the petals kept falling off We still laugh about that now.

We never had those around here, I would love to organise one, what a blast that would be! Of course, I sew all my daughter's Hlloween costumes, so I would relaly get inventive...maybe I don't want to do that, too much work! LOL

what makes me laugh on the chilli is the red dot on the baby's nose - it's like, "hmmm, there's something missing - I know a red dot, perfect, NOW you look like a chilli"
