I am always very curious to know what are your thoughts about the future? will there be high tech houses or clever robots or flying cars? I mean 100 years into the future type.

Actually, I think the exact opposite might happen; All of our technology dissappears somehow. I wouldn't know how this could happen, but I just feel that in the distant future the world will be more savage again. No more electricity, no more cars, no more grocery stores etc. Then humans will learn to be more in tune with nature again.
Crazy thought maybe, but I think it could actually be quite healthy for us. It will teach us to be less materialistic, and to stop destroying the earth.

I agree, I believe we will be simpler beings who no longer rely on technology.

100 years ago there were people saying "I wonder what it will be like 100 years from now?" what will music players look like? Will we ever make it into space?"
We are living in the future right now because many of the people who wondered about this future long ago are still alive today.

Personally, I believe that in the future our technology will be more planet friendly. Because it will have to be.
I think our medical advances will continue to grow beyond the wildest dreams of Pasteur.
I beleive that we will venture into space. Not just dipping our toes into the surf of the void, but making great sweeping, arching dives into the deepness of the universe.
I would hope, that 100 years from now, equality will be a fact for ALL people regardless of skin pigmentation, nationality, religious affiliation, gender, or sexuality.
The future is what those of the present want it to be.

I think there is a good chance that we might survive long enough to take to space and no longer be confined to just the earth.
What effect this will have will have to be seen.
On the other hand all it takes is one misguided soul to plough us all into nuclear war. That could destroy the planet.
If we do go the first route technology will grow at such a rapid pace it might lead to a build up of technology - meaning it will grow so fast that new technologies might become obsolete a day or so after their first discovery.
Overall all I can say is eventually the human race will either evolve into some other race or become extinct. There is no special anything attatched to our existence in this physical form.

Slowing down of economies worldwide, depression, warfare of resources that will go rarer and rarer, civil wars, revolutions, genocide, and finally, at long last, the collapse of civilization, and the return to mankind's true way of living as hunter-gatherers.

Our future?
Will there be enough fish in the sea?
Will there be any whales left besides the ones in captivity?
Will there be any rivers left that haven't run dry?
Will there be a huge famine and no food left to buy?
Will there be oxygen left for us to breath?
Will there be any trees that haven't died of disease?
Will there be artificial intellgence from our own creation?
Will there be lands left in utter desolation?
It maybe sad that in a 100 years that we would have to flee this earth in search of another (to destroy).

When you consider the technological differences between 1907 and 2007, I would think 100 years from now our technological world be beyond our imagination.

I would say yes. I wouldn't be surprised if by mid century commercial fusion reactors will be in use. Nuclear fusion, not to be mistaken with fission, will be an inexhaustible and clean source of energy for the world.

In the year 2525
If man is still alive
If woman can survive
They may find
In the year 3535
Ain't gonna need to tell the truth, tell no lie
Everything you think, do and say
Is in the pill you took today
In the year 4545
You ain't gonna need your teeth, won't need your eyes
You won't find a thing to chew
Nobody's gonna look at you
In the year 5555
Your arms hangin' limp at your sides
Your legs got nothin' to do
Some machine's doin' that for you
In the year 6565
You won't need no husband, won't need no wife
You'll pick your son, pick your daughter too
From the bottom of a long glass tube
In the year 7510
If God's a-coming, He oughta make it by then
Maybe He'll look around Himself and say
"Guess it's time for the judgement day"
In the year 8510
God is gonna shake His mighty head
He'll either say "I'm pleased where man has been"
Or tear it down, and start again
In the year 9595
I'm kinda wonderin' if man is gonna be alive
He's taken everything this old earth can give
And he ain't put back nothing
Now it's been ten thousand years
Man has cried a billion tears
For what, he never knew
Now man's reign is through
But through eternal night
The twinkling of starlight
So very far away
Thank you, Zager and Evans.

Really... I believe that technology will continue to advance, but I do think there will come a time when civilization as we know it will implode in a way and we will be forced back to simpler ways of doing things.
At least... I hope so.

Hopefully we will all change in a decade and get a conscious, then start to clean up after ourselves which may take 9 decades to get it back the way the earth should be.
