when I post I wanna see a picture under my name

How do i do that? I have many pictures id like to use on my desktop>.............

You see near the top where is says Control Panel? Click that, then look at the list on the left for where it says "Edit avatar settings". (Or just go here. --> Click). Then browse for the file you want and upload it.

Near the top of the page, on the right side click on "My Controls"
in the page that opens, on the left side is a section called "Menu". The 4th topic under "Menu" is "Personal Profile". In this you can Edit Avatar Settings ... and upload images
also in "Personal Profile" you can Change Personal Photo. This is where you can upload your picture.

People can see the picture on your profile. Your Avatar is on each post.

If the picture you want to use is on your computer, you first need to sign up to a website like Photobucket (it's quick and easy). That lets you upload any images you have. Then you copy the link to the image that is given to you and you paste that in to your signature in the Control Panel menu.

If you're using one you found on the internet, just take the link straight from where ever you found it

Then just add image tags to the link so it displays the picture not the link itself. e.g. mine looks like this:
