Another way to do that is to call McDonald's or almost any fast food place and tell them that you just came through the drive thru and that you are all the way home and your order is completely wrong. They will almost always take your name and tell you to come back the next day and they will comp your meal.
Of course, um......
I've never done that......at least since I was a broke teenager, I haven't.

I'll have to agree with pandy. I don't think I'd have the balls to do that either...
Either way, I'm always too paranoid that they spat in the food... So I never go there.

I have great trust in their work. as a filipino. i believe all of us are honest.. except our government.

I have a three pass policy. I let them make a mistake on my order three times before i expect a refund. I still call and leave my name but refuse comping. I worked for McDonald's for five years as a manager, there were never any excuses for making mistakes, but now with the talking monkeys they have doing the job its a lot harder to expect anything from them. Im happy when they get my drink right.
